Strategy-led PM with rare design depth.

15 years in digital products, the last five owning products end to end. I worked across MedTech, FinTech and Telecom, specialising in multi-stakeholder platforms in regulated environments. I work close to engineering and close to leadership, and I've held both at once: at Opensignal I reported to an SVP through 20-to-300 growth and an acquisition.

I learned it in startups and scale-ups, where I stayed four to five years at a time. My strongest suit is design depth, and I spend it on prioritisation, specs and trade-offs. I like working closely with engineers and I stay with a build to the end. I'm based in Paris, and I speak Polish, English and French. I'm learning German.
