Strategy-led PM with rare design depth.

15 years in digital product, the last five owning product end to end. Twelve of those across MedTech, FinTech and Telecom, specialising in multi-stakeholder platforms in regulated environments. I work close to engineering and close to leadership, and I've held both at once: at Opensignal I reported to an SVP through 20-to-300 growth and an acquisition. I learned it in startups and scale-ups, where I stayed four to five years at a time.

What makes me different is design depth, and where I spend it: prioritisation, specs and trade-offs. Engineering rarely has to guess what I meant. I'm based in Paris, and I speak Polish, English and French.
